General Terms & Scope

Bhagooapp (https://bhagooapp.click) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bhagooapp and all its users. By using the bhagooapp website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

These terms apply to all use of bhagooapp, including browsing the website, registering an account, placing bets, processing payments, claiming bonuses, and using any of bhagooapp's services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using bhagooapp.

Bhagooapp operates in accordance with international gaming regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services is lawful in your country or region. bhagooapp accepts no liability for providing services to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

Account Creation & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number, device, or payment account.
• Online betting must be legal in your jurisdiction.

KYC Verification

To make withdrawals on bhagooapp, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification after registration. This requires uploading a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. bhagooapp completes the verification process within 48 hours.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. bhagooapp will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Deposits & Payments

The following methods are available for depositing on bhagooapp. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted and any such funds will be returned.
• If a deposit fails, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Bhagooapp does not charge any deposit fees, though the payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal & Payout Rules

After a win on bhagooapp, you can withdraw from your balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — if you deposited via bKash, you will generally need to withdraw via bKash as well.
• Additional identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of ৳1,00,000 or more will require additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

A bet on bhagooapp is only considered confirmed once a confirmation message is issued by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue, it will be treated as not placed.

Odds Change

Odds may change at any time, but once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change. For Live Betting, if odds change after a bet is placed, bhagooapp will settle the bet at the odds that were confirmed at the time of placement.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

• If cancelled before the match begins — all bets are void and stakes are returned.
• If fewer than 20 overs are bowled in a cricket ODI — the bet is void and your stake will be refunded.
• In T20 matches, if 5 overs have been completed, the result will be determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method.
• In football, bets are generally void if fewer than 90 minutes are played.
• Cashed-out bets are final — even if a match is cancelled, the cashed-out amount will not be refunded.

Maximum Bet Limit

Bhagooapp sets a maximum bet limit for each match and market. These limits may vary depending on the match type, market, and your VIP level. Any bet that exceeds the limit will be automatically rejected.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

Bhagooapp offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Typically, the bonus balance becomes withdrawable once you have placed bets worth 3 to 5 times the bonus amount. Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward wagering calculations.

Important Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time.
• If you withdraw your deposit while an active bonus is in place, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Promotional bonus terms may change from time to time — bhagooapp will notify you via notification.
• Bhagooapp reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhagooapp. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors in bhagooapp for unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using or selling another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closed at the user's request

You may close your account at any time. Contact support or submit a request directly from your account settings. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Suspended or closed by bhagooapp

Bhagooapp may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of prohibited activity is found.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• When required by a legal or regulatory authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 1 year).

Contact support to find out the reason for the suspension. Any valid balance will be returned subject to verification.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.

Dispute Resolution

2. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. For complex cases, a final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 7 business days.
4. Bhagooapp's decision shall be considered final.

In the event of a dispute over betting results, bhagooapp will make its decision based on official score data and system logs. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, bhagooapp reserves the right to correct it.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Bhagooapp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• You will be notified via push notification or email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect any changes.
• Continuing to use bhagooapp after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please withdraw any remaining balance and contact support before closing your account.
